Your Crew: Jeremy Fletcher (Jez) and Caro Uy
 
Jez is MCA Yachtmaster/IYT Yachtmaster (offshore).  Jez has worked as a sailing instructor in Australia teaching Yachting Australia Inshore Skipper courses and IYT Mega yacht Deck Crew courses.   He also has crewed on commercial yacht deliveries as well as participate in weekly sailing regattas.  Jez’s is a keen diver and snorkeler.  His love for travel has taken him from his native England home to places as diverse as Egypt, Russia, Mexico, Hong Kong, Australia and finally the British Virgin Islands.

Caro is passionate about good food and travel.  Caro has had over ten years of experience in catering and various aspects of the gourmet food industry. Although originally qualified as a graphic designer, Caro prefers to express her creative energies in preparing fresh seasonal cuisine and also enjoys the challenge of creating menus to suit special dietary requests.  Caro’s repertoire is based on classical technique, but the flavor variations reflect her travels through Mediterranean, Europe, Egypt, Jordan, Syria, Persia, Mexico and parts of South-east Asia.  Having grown up in Australia Caro has always enjoyed the water and sailing.   Caro has also worked in the Canary Islands, the Sinai, Costa Brava and the British Virgin Islands.
